This page explains what happens to your information when you visit this website. The FirstOn app and dashboard have their own privacy policy.

Who we are

This website is run by FirstOnIT (Pty) Ltd, a South African company. You can reach us at hello@firstonit.co.za.

What we collect

• Nothing by default. This website has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no advertising and no analytics or tracking scripts.
• Email you send us. If you email us, for example to request a pilot, we keep your message and your email address so we can reply. We use them only to talk to you about FirstOn.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. Our hosting provider processes the technical logs on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
